Halloween 2013

I am late on posting these pictures, but we had a little ladybug around here for Halloween. She was able to dress up as a ladybug more than once, and it was adorable every time she put her outfit on.  The first Halloween party was with the group of DMU wives and our kids.

As you can see, it was impossible to get a picture with all three kids looking at the camera.  I just tried to take as many pictures as possible, and here are the kids in action.

Erin dressed her little girl, Emma as a ladybug too!!  They were so cute together.

After the party, she wanted to sit on her princess chair with Pippy.
Then Bryce and I had a Halloween dessert get together with our friends.  We had all kinds of goodies.  It was kind of crowded because our place is small, but it was really fun to be with everyone.
 Mummy Hot Dogs
 Witches Broomsticks
 Halloween Party Mix
 Witches fingers

 And Caramel Apples!!
Then we had our ward's Trunk-or-Treat party at the church.  We had chili and cornbread first.  Then all the kids went outside to get candy from each car.  Bryce and I didn't do any preparation for our costumes.  Bryce always wears fleece plaid shirts.  His friends tease him about being a lumberjack.  So we decided to be the lumberjack couple.  I just put on one of his shirts.  Even though we weren't very cute, we had a cute ladybug to make up for it.

Walking car to car for candy

She was all tuckered out from getting candy, and she fell asleep on the way home.
Then the last Halloween thing we did was go to Bryce's school.  They had a Halloween party for all of the little kids.  They had crafts and games set up everywhere for the kids to participate in.  It was really cute and fun.

She was throwing the velcro balls onto the ghosts.

Dad tried to show her how to throw the balls and knock down the pins, but she just wanted to hold the ball.

Dad and Mimi painted a pumpkin together.  They put purple dots all over it.

Then Mimi and Daddy made a ghost out of pasta

Then Mimi and dad decorated and ate a cookie together!

Finally, all Mimi wanted to do was climb the stairs.  I asked her to turn and smile at the camera.  Her idea of saying cheese for the camera is squinting her eyes together!  She's such a nut.

We made another attempt to get all three kids together.  This is the best we got :)
Mimi has such a cute ladybug bum.  It's so big and squishy!

The month of October was filled with lots of activities and parties.  It was a crazy month and we had lots of fun!
